This is a hybrid role that requires working in the Denver corporate office at least three days per week.
Position Summary:
The People Operations Business Partner - Technology, will serve as the point person partnering with corporate leadership and employees in multiple overhead departments to deliver high-impact advisory support. With a focus on talent management, engagement, process improvement, and development, this position will be key in supporting the largest client group, the technology team, as it is key to the success and growth of our company. In this capacity, there are various short and long-term administrative duties and projects that require a detail-oriented, top-notch, Savvy individual with an eye for continuous improvement.
People Operations Team:
People Operations is responsible for building a foundation for all team members to grow and make an impact at Capital Rx. We lead the development and execution of all talent acquisition, employee experience, and learning and development programs. The People Operations Business Partner supports our rapidly growing company and plays an integral role in continuing to scale it, drive people programs, and enhance people practices and culture.
