Director of Consumer Facing Products

Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Summary:

The Director of Consumer Facing Products will lead innovative initiatives within the healthcare industry. This individual should have a proven expertise in copay and discount card products, coupled with a strong track record of client success and process improvement. A passion for driving organizational growth is a must!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal expert on copay cards and discount cards, within the technology team and across the organization.

  • Work with account management, legal, technology, network and clinical teams to support the growth and implementation of these products across the organization

  • Support sales with new clients and lead client renewal process

  • Serve as the relationship lead on these accounts, incorporating other internal staff where and when needed to the relationship

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of contractual obligations assigned book of business, including financials, terms, and reporting/compliance

  • Comprehensive knowledge of our business, including products and services. Able to field questions from the client side, answer them and answer them correctly. Able to demonstrate and use our JUDI software and ability to become the expert on how JUDI can support discount card and copay card clients

  • Identify and contribute to process improvement efforts, including defining SOPs as needed and ensuring they are followed

  • Review and advise on JUDI product roadmap to ensure current priorities and milestones will meet the client expectation

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience

  • A knowledgeable individual with appropriate healthcare industry experience with at least 5 years patient access, copay card, pharmaceutical brand management, or patient support experience or consulting in the same space

  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills

  • Financial and statistical reporting knowledge and experience

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Ability to exercise considerable judgement, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner

  • Travel is estimated to not exceed 10% in the busiest times of year.

  • Progressive staff management experience

  • Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues including digging into data and program set ups to identify problems

  • A person who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills

  • An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute

  • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective

  • A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus

  • Ability to work with peers across different disciplines in a team effort

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision

  • Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs

Base Salary: $145,000 - $175,000
